The WD My Cloud Dashboard is the web interface that allows you to perform all the administrative tasks for your My Cloud device. If you are not able to access or connect to your My Cloud Dashboard, then you can follow any of the solutions below to troubleshoot the issue.
Solution 1:
When you are not able to access your WD My Cloud Dashboard from your usual web browser, then follow the below quick steps and try again from the same web browser.
Solution 2:
In some cases, when there is an issue or crash on your wireless router to which your WD My Cloud device is connected, you would reset your wireless router. In such a situation, you may not be able to access your WD My Cloud Dashboard with the IP address you were already using. This is because the wireless router would have assigned another IP address to your WD My Cloud device using DHCP. So, if you have reset your wireless router and are not able to connect to your WD My Cloud Dashboard, then follow the below checks and solve the issue.
