Install WD Green PC SSD
  • First, check if you have the WD SSD Dashboard software. If not, download it from WD’s official site. 
  • Now, mount the WD Green SSD on your laptop or desktop. 
  • After mounting the drive, begin the WD SSD Dashboard software installation on your PC.
  • Open the WDSSDDashboardSetup.exe file by double-clicking on it. 
  • Now, the WD installation wizard will open.
  • On the main screen, select the desired language and click the Install button.
  • Perform the on-screen instructions to install the WD dashboard on your computer. 
  • Once the installation process has been completed, click the Finish button. 
  • Now, the Status section of WD SSD will be loaded and the dashboard will automatically detect the connected WD drive on your PC. 
  • If the dashboard fails to detect the drive, then reconnect the drive to your computer and click the Refresh button.

If you wish to start WD SSD Dashboard with the Windows Startup process, then click the Start SSD Dashboard with Windows startup option on the WD SSD Dashboard screen. To open the dashboard on your Windows system tray, click the checkbox beside the Start minimized option.
