  • The firmware update tool for the WD My Cloud EX2 drive is available on its official website.
  • Visit the Software and Downloads webpage of the WD My Cloud drive and select the My Cloud EX2 drive from the Product drop-down menu.

WD MY Cloud Firmware Downgrade
