Basic Solutions

  • Make sure that the Passport Ultra device is connected securely to your computer.

Method 1: Use Hardware And Devices Troubleshooter

  • Open the Run dialog box.
  • Type the following command and tap Enter diskmgmt.msc
  • Now, the Disk Management window will open.

  • Select the drive letter of your desire and click OK.
  • If there is already a letter assigned to your drive, then click the Change button to modify it.
