Solution 1 - Adding the WD My Cloud drive to the list of credentials
Launch Control Panel on your Windows 10 computer.
Type ‘User Accounts’ in the search bar and press Enter.
Click the User Accounts link and select the Manage your credentials option in the left panel.
Choose the Windows credentials option and click the ‘Add a Windows credential’ link.
Type the name of your WD My Cloud drive in the Internet address field.
Create your username and password in the Username and Password fields, respectively.
Click OK to save the settings.
Restart your computer and check if you could access the WD My Cloud drive.
If the issue persists, proceed with the following solutions.
Solution 2 - Registry Editor
Launch Registry Editor. To do this, press Win and R keys together and enter regedit.
Go to the ‘HKLMSYSTEMCurrentControlSetServicesLanmanWorkstation’ location.
Create a new AllowInsecureGuestAuth DWORD.
Specify its value as 1, exit the Registry Editor window, and restart Windows 10.
Solution 3 - Internet Protocol Version 4 settings
Select the Network and Sharing Center option in the Control Panel window.
Click Change Adapter Settings, right-click your adapter, and select Properties.
Select the ‘Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)’ option and click the Properties button.
Navigate to Advanced -> WINS, select the ‘Enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP’ option, and click the OK button.
Solution 4 - Network reset
Hold the Win and I keys at the same time. This will open the Windows Settings screen.
Click the Network & Internet option.
Click the Status tab in the left panel.
Select the Network Reset option followed by the Reset Now option.
