Check if you have downloaded the WD Sync on your Windows system. From the system tray, right-click on the WD icon and select the WD Sync option. Choose the Settings option from the pop-up menu and go to the Sync Folders section. Select the Add Device option from the drop-down list available next to the My Cloud Device option. Choose the My Cloud device from the list of devices displayed on the next screen. You can also sign into view all the My Cloud devices. Enter the credentials of the Cloud device you selected and tap the Sign In button. Now, select the files or folders to be synced and click the Next button. Follow the prompts and finish the setup procedure.
You can use the WD Sync app on your Mac system and sync your files to the device. Download the WD app and install it on your device after complying with the License Agreement.
